Access to the Members Section:
Access will only be allowed by use of a ‘username’ (your full e-mail address) and a password that is unique to each member. Members more than one month in arrears with their subscription will have their access suspended until after payment has been made. For administrative reasons, there may be some delay in restoring access after payment has been made. To ensure uninterrupted continuity of access, members should ensure that their subscription is paid to the treasurer within the first month after the start of a new membership year.
Only  those members having a valid e-mail address that is already known to the association will be included. If any member has not already notified the association of their e-mail address they will not be allowed access until after their e-mail address is known. Sending an e-mail message to craa_org@hotmail.com will enable members’ e-mail address to be registered. Each member will receive their individual password via e-mail from serifwebresources.com. Members are asked to look out for their password notification message, which may have been intercepted by their spam filter and placed in their junk file or spam folder. Please retain the password in a secure place. The association has no record of your password. If you forget it, you will have to re-register with the association and there will be a delay before you will be able to regain access. If you change your e-mail address in future you will need to notify the association,
Once you have successfully logged in you will be allowed to enter a ‘screen name’ by which you will be greeted upon subsequent occasions when you log in. You will be allowed to change your screen name and/or your password at this point. Successful log-in will allow you unrestricted access to the sub-menu pages of the members section. If you try opening any of the sub-menu pages without first logging in, you will still be prompted to enter your username and password.  It is preferable to first use the log-in section above.
You should not use the ‘Sign in’ button without entering a valid username and password - it will not allow access.
