Plot 25 - 17th March 2010 - Home-raised Broad Bean seedlings planted under tunnel on right (see also picture on left column, below) Far left structure to support netting to protect brassicas from pigeon strike. Framework for support of Climbing French- and Runner Beans erected. Autumn planted garlic growing strongly in front left bed under fleece. The narrow bed (front right) is being prepared for planting with asparagus.

Broad Bean plants started off under cool greenhouse in Feb, now planted out in growing position on plot and given initial protection under fleece tunnel. Mid-March 2010
